What do I mean by 'Lifetime'

On some pages I describe the Dart Number Cards as being 'for lifetime use'. That is a boast that needs explanation ~ for age ~ and also card wear-and-tear.

So far as time-of-life is concerned I am bold enough to say 'From toddler to elderly pensioner' ~ and those at any intermediate stage are not forgotten.

Once a toddler can hear and speak one or two words ~ including numbers ~ then Find-and-Bring is a useful variant of Hide-and-Seek. Both of these games can be played using thimbles ~ scraps of paper ~ or digit cards [113044] .

'Please could you bring me the number two card!'

As an octogenarian I find pleasure in playing various forms of simple problem solving using number cards ~ or variations of patience ~ or just playing Cross-Number by myself (with two people is more fun). Yes! ~ I do it to keep my brain active (as I also do by writing all this stuff). Enough about me ~ have a look at this picture ~
