Numbers in Dart Cards

Dart Cards ~ as currently printed ~ are available only with the ten digits: zero through to nine.

A set of Dart Cards digits are laid out on a desktop in two rows, zero to four and five to nine. For an unexplained reason the digit-eight card is face-up but upside down relative to the other cards
